3 Tbsp. unsweetened dairy-free cocoa powder
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup rice or almond milk
1/4 - 1/2 cup MSPI safe margarine (Fleishman's unsalted light, Smart Balance light)
3 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter or sunbutter
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients until well mixed and roll into balls. Refrigerate if desired to firm, eat and enjoy!
